Troubleshooting Techniques for Marine Engine Mechanics

Panama is joining the use of this tool through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
in its bilateral and multilateral diplomatic management in order to achieve a better articulation of
the actions carried out by national institutions and bodies linked to the sector of
Science, Technology and Innovation with the states and specialized organizations that lead this
scientific-political integration.

At both the country and multilateral organization level, specific funds can be accessed for science and innovation initiatives for middle-income and developing countries, which we are not taking full advantage of. Although Panama has already generated strengths in the exchange with different countries, it is necessary to continue identifying new opportunities and, to do so, the work carried out by diplomatic representations abroad, both Embassies and Consulates and our representations before International Organizations, is key.

This is a task that diplomatic representations carry out within the framework of their daily functions, without necessarily being identified as such. At the same time, national institutions dedicated to science, each in their field of action, develop research and activities that deserve to be disseminated at a national and international level.
